Thai Foreign Minister will visit Cambodia this week to attend the celebrations marking the 55th anniversary of the Thai-Cambodian diplomatic relations

Minister of Foreign Affairs Kantathi Suphamongkhon will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia during February 7th to 10th, 2006, to attend the 5th meeting of the Thai-Cambodian Joint Commission and the celebration marking the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Cambodia.

On this occasion, H.M. King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia will graciously grant an audience to the Thai Foreign Minister. Dr. Kantathi is also scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, as well as to hold consulations with Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Cambodia, and will meet the Thai business community in Cambodia during the visit.
