I need replacement locks for a Delsey suit case

There is a suitcase repair establishment on the Hang Dong Road, on the right hand side heading out of town, & after TescoLotus, or perhaps more further out opposite the Shell Servo further on. There is an English advertisement outside this establishment.

There are branches of 'Mr. Bag Fix' all around the city. Seen a few. One as I recall is near the intersection of Kaew Narawat and the road that runs alongside the river - the Faham Road.
