Just from the Japanese girls I met. Yes teeth often an issue. But dont' get me wrong, of course there are some good looking girls in Japan. It's just it appears from what you see, that's a bit rarer than elsewhere, where of course it's also by definition rare, but it iseems particularly rare in Japan. My theory, yes the genes are good, in that they are homogenous, but this lack of admixture of "new" genes, has resulted in a lack of attractiveness. As a general rule, the best looking ethnic clusters tend to be those where a lot of admixture has happened, say Russians, with the Mongolian and European mix, Brazilians with the white and black admixture, same in Colombia, and of course Filipinas are mish mash of negritos, Malays and whites. -
