I am a little confused/stuck on the question below of the Naturalisation Form AN

3.5 address of Tax Office or Tax Office Reference

We have dug out my wife's last P60 and the Tax office is stated as South Yorkshire Area, so is that the answer?

There also seems to be a reference number in the top right, but I am not sure whether this is from her company or the Tax office?

Yes, her tax office will be as named on her P60.

The reference number on her P60 will be her employer's PAYE reference number. But this is the reference number the AN form refers to.
