Always people say that Thai Embassy & Consulate are not friendly in Philippines and like impossible ?

So, what they're requirements, so anyway I have one birth certificate of Thai child from me ( not legitimizated )

but as also for Tourist Visa what they require if someone now..

For this type of visa, it is best to apply at a Thai consulate in your country of residence. Call the consulate to ask what documents they require.

My hunch is that it's seen as shuttling back and forth between fleshpots as visas terminate.
