Analysis Quake Risk Lurking Under Bangkok: Fault Lines Spell Trouble
Well apart from the dodgy one still under construction that collapsed, all buildings were earthquake proof. There's a great video of a structural engineer explaining earthquake resistance and how no building can be said to be earthquake proof, but they can be earthquake resistant. He said they are designed to not collapse and to keep people safe, and likened it to a car. If you have a big car crash, your car gets crumpled but you remain safe and walk away, then the car design has done its job - no one expects to have a car crash and not see damage, as long as the occupant is safe it has done its job. In most cases it can be repaired, in severe cases written off. But no one died. Same as buildings - if there is an earthquake but people remain safe the building may have some damage that can be repaired, it may have damage that can't be, but it kept the occupants safe. Someone posted the video on here but I can't find it - it was interesting and enlightening. -

Tbh with you, Im not really here to argue. Just go watch the link above Ive linked from a defense criminal lawyer that has been helping ALOT of rappers. He said it himself -- hes cooked. Just please take your time and watch what he says. I dont think they gonna convict him on all counts. Hes not gonna spend life in prison. But he will spend the next decade or so for sure. Go watch the video he explain why the rackeetering charge is almost unbeatable. And please dont take my words for it. -

Wow, the flurry of MAGA Facebook meme's is making my head spin. Bullet point again. Did we forget the OP? The "Research": They refer to "my own research" but it consists entirely of YouTube videos watched at 3 AM and forwarded Facebook memes. Hey guys. Don't you know that Facebook, and Youtube are not meant to give you unbiased and reliable information. They mean to show you posts that keep you and show you ads! So if you are a MAGA guy they are gonna show you all kind of stuff they think will keep you viewing. It is because they keep track of what you click and what you view. So your news feed will be filled with all this right-wing, MAGA Biden bashing BS! In other words a whole lot of BS and propaganda is directed at you to keep you viewing for advertising. It is not meant to inform you! All these meme's and videos are directed at you to keep you viewing. Get it? They will feed you anything to keep you on the hook! Because of this, if you are leaning one direction and look for things that support what you think is true, you'll have no trouble finding those things. Especially on social media and Youtube. Again, because those sites are meant to show you advertising, NOT supply people with reliable news and information. Do you not know this? Pretty sad really. Do not rely on social media for your research! Including this forum. Better to use AI in conjunction with more reputable news organizations. Use more than one. Relying on one source these days will not give you reliable information. In order to find out half of what is really going on one needs to really do research. Not get up in the morning and get on the ole' Facebook.- 1
