Hi guys,

I bought some tickets online from Chiang Mai to Bangkok using the thairailticket service and I realized I bought one day earlier.

I would like to exchange the tickets on the spot but they said they couldn't because I bought it online, and the only way was to cancel and rebook again.

Is there any way I can exchange the tickets through one of the members here who would be able to run to the nearby station as an errand? I'll pay of course.
