We just sold our house,in pattaya wei have tax exempt for 4.5 mill...from money brought in .we will send to OZ 4.5 mill,we have acc's with scb,bkk,and knungski,.in wifes name only and joint acc with scb.

we now live in oz ,,the mrs is in thailand now,settling.i dont want to send it back yet,i want to send it when we are ready to buy a house.but i want to set it up now while to mrs is there for when or if the thai baht drops [OZ DOLLARS] and do it from OZ.any suggestions?

To answer my own question,the mrs put the money in the scb bank and they informed her she would have to send it before she leaves for oz or she has to return later to transfer can not be done from oz,unless we transfer it to a off shore acc and then on to oz,i have a week to work it out.
