Best Legal Solution For A Yoga Studio And Visa

Featured Replies

Hello all,

First off all let me say thank you for all of your contributions in making this forum an excellent resource of information... especially for a newbie like myself. I look forward to contributing to this community!

We are 2 yoga teachers from EU looking for the appropriate legal solution for our yoga studio and visas.

We are currently based in Chiang Mai. We don't have a great income, so we are looking for the cheapest and most reliable solution for us

There are so many legal issues here in Thailand concerning companies, foundations etc and visas that we are confused

We are searching for advice. We did met lawyers but I feel we cannot trust them completely

Every single help is welcomed!

Thanks to everyone,

All the best,

Bodhi

Are you aiming to teach Westerners or Thais?

We are aiming for both of them ...

You will need to setup a Thai company for this, meaning the majority shares wil be in the hands of a Thai. Regarding setting up a compnay you will get better advise in the business section of the forum: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/forum/13-jobs-economy-banking-business-investments/

Here you can ask question about visas. You will need a workpermit, or you will be working illegal.
