I would like to get a Thai driver's license but nobody seems to know where to apply. Anybody here have any idea?

Here it is, google maps have helpfully labeled DVLC as BigC.

BigC is the massive green roof building below the DVLC.

The office has beautifull purple fences. Can't miss that. On the other side of the road is the airport runway so just look if you see any planes skimming your head your there. Super easy to find. Enter the pink building, go to the left, up the stairs and talk to the nice lady there. Should be there before 8 AM to participate in that days course. Means: training and test.

get your letter of residence from Thai immigration first. They will make copies of what ever you need there. Go south out hang dong road when you get about 3/4 k from big c start looking to the east you will see the course for testing drivers on your left, slow down you are almost there turn at the first gate follow the arrows and find a parking space. even without good thai skills you can sort it out. are you getting a scooter licenses or car, if you have a licenses from your own country they will convert to thai with a couple of test. It easy no heart burn
