deadman
Anyone have any idea of what kind of price to buy land fronting water (lake, river, ocean) within 3 hours of BKK? Can only assume ocean frontage would be extravagently priced. Ideas, opinions anyone? cheers
PattayaPhom
Three hours from BKK any direction takes in a massive area....sure there must be river frontage in Korat somewhere at 50,000 a Rai, or you could try Jomtien beachfront at 35 Million a Rai
Ragzilb
Finding land in Thailand is not easy today, unless you have a ton of cash land prices are skyrocketing. Good luck Friend
Digitalbanana
L&H projects usually put a pond in front of the club house area houses to stick the prices up beyond 10MB?

rgs2001uk
Head to Rayong young man. Dont think you will get any land fronting water, what you may find is land on the opposite side of the road fronting water. I was always under the (mis)apprehension that any land front water was gov't land. Anyone can contradict or share some light on the above? Be very careful of anyone who offers to sell you beachfront land.
Khun Jean
Beach itself is public the land behind it not. A chanot and a visit to the landoffice to confirm the chanot is all that is needed to make sure. I have seen prices from 5 million per rai to whatever someone wants to pay. 20,40 million for one rai is common.
