Pormax
I have a dietary allergy known as Coeliac disease. This is where one is allergic to Gluten which is found in wheat. Wheat is found in many products not just bread, cakes butalso in many sauces and even on flavoured crisps. This is very common in Westen Countries and there are large countries who produce Gluten Free foods such as bread, biscuits, cakes, pies etc. Does anyone know of any shops in Thailand where one can buy Gluten Free products. chiang mai
Every shop in Thailand sells mostly gluten-free products, as the Thai diet revolves around rice, not wheat. Unfortunately gluten is used extensively in a range of sauces and also no-food products such as soy sauce, cosmetics and toothpaste.
