BREAKING - WSJ: Trump’s Name All Over The Epstein Files
Florida judge rules Epstein grand jury records will remain sealed The records were related to grand juries convened in West Palm Beach. July 24, 2025, 3:26 AM A federal judge in Florida denied one of three Justice Department requests to unseal grand jury records tied to federal investigations into Epstein, according to a public order released Wednesday. The request is one of three made by the Justice Department to judges in New York and Florida seeking to unseal records from federal investigations into Epstein. Judge Rosenberg faulted the Justice Department for failing to outline sufficient arguments to justify the unsealing of the records, which are normally protected under strict secrecy rules. Rosenberg's opinion states her "hands are tied" given existing precedent in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals which only permits the disclosure of such grand jury materials under narrow exceptions. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/judge-denies-justice-department-request-unseal-epstein-grand/story -

Crime Disabled Man Arrested for Murder and Robbery of Elderly Woman in Rayong
Picture courtesy of Workpoint. Police in Rayong have arrested a 45-year-old disabled man in connection with the brutal murder and robbery of a 72-year-old woman, who was found stabbed to death in her home. The suspect, identified only as Kritsana, known by the nickname “Ja”, was taken into custody on the evening of 22 July, by officers from Huai Pong Police Station. He is accused of killing Ms. Raenoo, who was found with three stab wounds in her house in the Chak Klang 5 community, Huai Pong subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District. Investigators believe the motive was robbery, as the victim’s 2-baht-weight gold necklace was missing from the scene. Kritsana, who walks with a limp and is unemployed, reportedly lived in a rented room behind the victim’s house. During police questioning, he confessed to having used methamphetamine and admitted he had intended to steal from the property. According to police, Kritsana entered the house by forcing his way in through the back, but was caught in the act by the elderly resident. When confronted, she allegedly attempted to threaten him with a knife. A struggle ensued, during which Kritsana overpowered the victim, fatally stabbing her and fleeing the scene with the gold necklace and a gold-encased amulet. A fake gold bracelet was discarded at the scene. He later asked a friend, who works as a food delivery rider and shares a room with him, to help sell the stolen items. The friend drove him to a gold shop in Ban Chang District, where the rider entered the shop with the gold items. However, Kritsana himself emerged to collect the money. The necklace fetched 47,000 baht, while the amulet was sold for an additional 5,000 baht. The suspect then deposited 49,000 baht into an ATM outside a convenience store on Soi Noen Kraprok. During interrogation, Kritsana admitted to being addicted to online gambling, particularly slot games and said some of the money had already been used for gambling purposes. Police also found four methamphetamine pills in his trouser pocket at the time of arrest. He has been formally charged with murder and robbery. Adapted by Asean Now from Workpoint 2025-07-24 -

UK Flat – Sell or Keep Renting? Expats Who’ve Been There – What Did You Do?
The new rules are similar to Scotland where my property is, the main change was no contract period when they move in, can move out in a month if they want, in reality this hasn't been a problem, tenants I've had stay for years -
