Private Bus Companies

Featured Replies

Hey folks:

So, I'm always hearing about the VIP buses that are so nice. I'm guessing these must be private as I have been on the governments idea of Super VIP buses enough to reject that idea in general.

I need to transport some clients to Phuket by grounds transportation and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or numbers on some of the companies that are supposed to have the truly comfortable, extra special buses.

Thanks,

Burrito

You could rent your own minibus and driver; http://www.thairentacar.com/rate.html#

good site, thx :o

excellent link, tx!

Does anybody know an operator of those big tour buses out of Pattaya (those with seating upstairs and the karaoke downstairs)? I know one in Rayong (number in the office, will post tomorrow) but they are fully booked on the weekend I need them.

..and another question: Does anybody has a plausible explanation why they rent out the minibuses with driver only? I see no problem driving those by myself...

Most of the MiniVans are owner operated.

Most of the major companies running intercity buses have VIP buses. For transporting them to Phuket however you may find it just as cost effective to send them by Nok or Air Asia.
