House Rental/condo Purchase In Surin.

Featured Replies

Don't want to give out too much personal detail at the moment but what is the current availability and prices of house rental in the Surin area...or even condo purchase in farang name... ???

I don't know but I'm going to be checking it out too. I will probably just rent something like this while I search. My hope is to find a Westerner who really wants needs to sell IF I buy. Actually, I'm having a hard time justifying buying for two reasons. First it ties me down to one spot and second I'm not sure I like the price to rent ratio. Prices seem really high to me but that's just me.

Having lived in that area for the last 7 years, I am not aware of any condo's that could be purchased by a farang. There are however a number of new estates being built around the outskirts of Surin.

Rental starts at around 5k p.m. for a small town/shop house rising to ???????. I would suggest an average price is maybe 8>10k a month depending on location and size. Maybe worth trawling for a local farang internet site? or take a look here...... http://surin.thaiapa...php?os=0&lan=en

Hope that helps

Thanks for the replies.

There is a possibility that I may get back together with my first TW but I have no intentions of losing money on building my own house (again!)
