Then NO...... or do you mean to active another 60 or 90 days on a current Visa already in his Passport..?? then yes go into Cambodia and turn a round and come back for a new stamp.. if yes I have used many times http://www.thaivisaservice.com/ they also go to Laos for a Visa 2 days and cheaper then staying in Cambodia.
