One time I bought a sealed refreshment tissue shows iso 9001 certified after I open it have black dirt color sockopock mag ma and I put in the bin! Welcome in Thailand! Beside that iso only describes the process of quality check and you could certify some very low checks. Even if you certify good ways of QC, it does not hinder that someone just signs everything without checking.
