Krung Thai Bank Internet Banking No Longer In English

Featured Replies

They appear to have changed the web site software.

Can anyone with a Krung Thai bank Internet account please try to log in.

Thanks.

You must have missed a Button somewhere to change the language.

You must have missed a Button somewhere to change the language.

Thanks for trying it.

I've used the site for years. Only today did I get a much bigger login screen - in Thai - with the "English" tab at the top.

I hit the "English" button. It came back as Thai.

So if it works OK for you, something must've changed.

Maybe the link I'm using has been changed.

I'll give it another go.

Use this one: https://www.ktbonline.ktb.co.th/

Click first on English then on Continue

Make the page that comes next Full Screen and then click English (ENG) there (It's a bit above where it says "User ID")

That will change the whole page into Angkrit wink.png

Thanks a million MJCM. I got through after Googling the service and clicking on a new link.

The old link I have been using for years is: https://www.ktb.co.t...geconsumer.html

That one doesn't change to English when you click on the "Eng" tab, even though the page looks the same as in your pic.

The new link is: https://www.ktbonline.ktb.co.th/new/

Phew! Panic over! laugh.png

No problem what so ever, glad to help.

But, don't save that as the new link. Better save it as https://www.ktbonline.ktb.co.th as you don't know when they are going to change it again. That link will put you "always" to the main landing page !

Yes, good idea. We never know when they are going to delete the "/new" from the URL! laugh.png
