I took this video clip in Surin in November 2009 during the elephant festival weekend. A Thai girl I showed it to once said this is an Indian song (?)

Does anyone know the name of the song or how I might find out? Ideally I would like to find the full video of this somewhere. There were many videographers there that night but I can't find any of it on YouTube.
