December 15, 201213 yr Grandma, 83, was diagnosed with BPPV, caused by calcium particles drifting in the ear canals. She was given medicine and she got relief, but in the meantime I had thought hey wonder if it's possible to move the person in such a way as to get the calcium back where it belongs. Looked it up, loand behold it exists and is common. Anyway I think it would be a bad idea for political reasons for me to try the manouevre even though it's pretty simple. (Imagine if she happened to have a stroke as I did it!) So anyone know a physiotherapist au fait with this procedure? thanks Cheeryble Edited December 15, 201213 yr by cheeryble
