You need a US address and bank card, for a US account. You also need a Thai address and bank card for a Thai account. I used a debit card for my Thai account and a US credit card for my US account. What TV shows do you want to see? Most are available from other sources on the internet.

I did it using hopshopgo for the address, no credit card needed. I found having two apple IDs a pain in the shoulder though. I did it for movies and TV through an ATV but renting and buying was shockingly expensive I thought.
