Just some trivia to go along with the ad featuring Ronald Reagan. In the ad the movie "Hong Kong" is beinig promoted, which was released in the US in early 1952, so he would have been 41. That was about the time he married Nancy, 29 years before he became president.

Helmut Schmidt, German chancellor 30 years ago and chain-smoking icon is 94 now. Maybe the only person in the world who can smoke wherever he wants, in TV studios, hospitals, palaces, museums, theaters, cinemas. Gets a complain sometimes from bigots, but the authorities disappear them. When he gives an interview for the TV, he smokes close to a pack in half an hour. Still sharp of mind like a razorblade.
