The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join a leading executive search firm in Bangkok and learn the full cycle of the executive search business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and network to the point where they are able to build their own team, with the backing and guidance of the founding partners, two of Bangkok’s most seasoned and professional search consultants. As well as a generous basic, we offer an unlimited commission structure which gives fantastic earning potential to those who achieve their targets.

The Role

As a research consultant you will work on various projects, identifying and approaching senior executives with the aim of attracting them to join our client, managing them through the selection and negotiation process. As your career with us develops you will increasingly work directly with clients, manage projects of your own and win new business.

This will involve a large amount of time on the phone, as well as face to face meetings with potential candidates and clients.

The Person

No search experience is required, though some sales background would be desirable. The key ingredients to success in this role are a high level of energy, strong people skills and a hunger to achieve. This role involves meeting C level executives, so excellent English is required as well as the confidence to deal effectively with and influence top level decision makers.

Basic salary of up to 30,000 THB a month, plus generous commission is on offer for the right candidate.
