PATTAYA:--Late on Sunday Night Pattaya Police conducted a raid on a house located close to the Lompo Market on Jomtien Second Road which was suspected of being used as a 24 hour gambling venue.

Eleven people were found inside and were playing the popular dice-game “Hi-Low” and it was clear that money was changing hands which contravenes Thailand’s strict gambling laws.

Khun Sarort aged 33 was identified as the organizer of the gambling center which is known to operate around-the-clock so they can cater for day and night workers who may wish to spend some of the earnings before and after they finish work.
