What Is In The Bottle

A female friend of mine bought this bottle and a package of red herb powder and dissolved the red powder in the bottle and drank it. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Looks like a bottle of rice-whisky, the official tax-paid brand, as sold in my 'local' Tesco's.

Just a little at a time over two days. Yup that was it. I just asked her. All I needed was the rice part. She tells me it is that time of the month and the herbs and Whisky take care of that nicely.
