nivram4491
Does anyone know which faculties at Chiang Mai University require their PhD thesis to be written in English?
muchogra
Will there be enough qualified pofessors for the said graduate to defend his/her thesis? What are you thinking incidentally?
Mekong Bob
Chiang Mai University offers dozens upon dozens of Ph.D. programs, most of them requiring English-language dissertations. This is particularly true in science and engineering fields. Check out the CMU website to see faculty-by-faculty (department-by-department) details. There's no shortage of fluent English-speakers on CMU staff to review dissertations.
muchogra
I have no doubt they have English-speaking staff who could sit on the defense committee. But, my doubt is if the defense committee members would lower their standards! A possibility?
