3 Months Pregnant Motorcyclist killed in late-night Pattaya road crash

PATTAYA:--A 3 months pregnant motorcyclist was killed in a road crash on the Sukhumvit Road in Jomtien just after 11.30pm on Saturday Night as the seven deadly days on the roads of Thailand continue to claim lives.

Police and rescue services made their way to the scene of the crash at the junction with Soi Wat Boonganjanaram. Lying on the road next to her damaged motorbike was the body of Khun Amorn aged 43 who was known to be pregnant. The other vehicle involved in the crash was a Bronze Toyota Vigo driven by Khun Somboon aged 37 who was in a state of shock and was unable to describe his version of the crash to Police and was taken to Hospital. The victim’s Husband was riding as passenger on the bike and was also rushed to Hospital where he is currently in a serious condition.
