ronthai
Hi, Thanks for your responds regarding: If I understand correctly from your reply and after I posted it, also read some other topics, I can not run a simple internet business (from home), which needs nor has any investment, just my time/computer and internet connection. I order to have a small company, me and maybe 1 thai, I need 2-3 million baht as capital, which I do not have now or in the coming years I expect. Without a company ofcourse I can not get a workpermit, in which the end result will be, just be one more farang who lives here and does not has much to do with his time, because only drinking in bars or sitting at home looking TV is allowed. Thanks anyway for you time, Ron (Dutch)
Sunbelt Asia
Hi Ron If you are selling items over the internet, ie operating a retail business online, then you really need to open a limited company. However, in our experience in dealing with the Labor Office, they have told us they do not have a problem if you run a simple internet business that does not involve sales of goods out of your home.
