A lot of accountants can set up companies. They would be the best people to ask this question.

You might get some good specific advice on here, but it's unlikely that you will find out everything you need to know.

OP, are you talking real business or a cottage industry, retail or manufacturing, 100 employees or just wife.

You could be talking from 200 Baht local tax for a street stall to a mil Baht for manufacturing. If employing people go see the SME department and they can advise for free. Jim

Most likely a good way is to approach a public accountant who should be able to do all the necessary legwork for you.
