Bodhi cat
Hi! I will be moving and importing three cats to Thailand in a couple of months. Will be going to CNX, but the first point of entry will be BKK. My question is: will the cats have to clear quarantine in BKK? Will we have to colllect them in BKK, have them inspected, before boarding the connecting flight to CNX? Or will Thai Airways automatically transfer them to the connecting flight, and the quarantine inspection be performed at CNX? Would really appreciate any information about this as I cannot get a definitive answer anywhere. This is the only grey area of the process. Many thanks! Priceless
If you check your baggage as well as your cats through to CNX, you will only pass immigration in BKK. All customs procedures, including for the cats, will take place in CNX (at least it has on the four occasions that I have brought in cats). / Priceless
