PATTAYA:--Following the recent high profile criminal cases involving foreign tourists, the Police and Government have moved to damage limitation mode and are determined to improve the image of Pattaya by cleaning-up the city in a 30 day major crime crackdown which runs until 5th February.

More than 500 Police Officers from all local Police Divisions attended a parade held on Tuesday afternoon in front of Pattaya City Hall, led by Police General Adul, the National Police Commissioner who was flanked by his Deputies, the Deputy Provincial Governor and the Mayor of Pattaya.

Over 600 officers are taking part in the 30 day operation which is set to target those who use and distribute drugs as 99% of all arrestees in Pattaya have been found to be involved in illegal drugs one way or another, regardless of the crime they were arrested for.

Once upon a time........... And they all lived happily ever after.

Exactly what we need here, more parades. Its good to know that on the 5th of February, the crime will be stopped. Just seems like it could have been done before, why wait till now?

Once upon a time........... And they all lived happily ever after.

I can't wait to head down to coconut drive for a stroll on 06th Feb to see all the Indians out on jetski's without a care in the world and not a sign of threats from thug operators, the Russian's splashing about in the sea having left all there valubles on the beach whilst people just walk around them, and men of all nationalities walking hand in hand along the prom with katoey's and not a single gold chain or wallet going AWOL!!clap2.gif

Jesus BiB.........just stick to stupid parades and stop making ridiculous promises about cleaning Pattaya up will you <deleted>!!bah.gif
