Ned - Did anyone ever tell you - if you dont have anything good to say, dont bother saying anything at all To the OP - lots of nice places to stay in Samui, Chaweng for the nightlife, but if you want something quieter then Bophut, Maenam. Lamai Wanta resort on Lamai Beach is excellent and good value for money. They just opened a new restaurant there and the food is Deeeelicious. When are you coming to Samui?
