I saw that video as well, quite outrageous for three jurors to go on national media to incite against another juror. Their argument has no merit whatsoever, the second leg the prosecution had to prove was that Clancy could have acted in accordance with the law, obviously this is where that juror considered she retained ability to do that. I completely agree with you that the prosecution will now be afraid to try the case again, as they will fear the general circus, and how easy it is for the defence to lie about a supposed "post partum psychosis". It is again, very transparently a legal manoeuvre to pretend she had a psychosis. PPP happens around 2 weeks, maximum 6 to 8 weeks after birth, Clancy had it, supposedly, after 8 months. She did not hear voices before the murders, nor thereafter. Conveniently only during the murders. Medical professionals have gone on record to say this is exceedingly unlikely. All to no avail. You are absolutely correct, the prosecution will enter into a plea agreement with Reddington, who has already said he will negotiate. Great defence by him, but outrageous for Clancy to falsely claim she had PPP and then have a 3 million GoFundMe on the back of that and a legal case against medical providers, where she will again make millions.
