Hey everyone! I just got to BKK and I plan to be here for a while. I'm african american, and I want to get my hair braided, but on the streets I only see the vendors braiding caucasian hair (which is, of course, very different from my own). Does anyone know of a good place to get hair braided extensions from people who know how to work with african hair? Thanks for you help!

You could try a little trip down to Pattaya, there are plenty of places on the beach where they do the braiding, my wife paid 500baht the last time she was there, not african, but asian, if you decide against it at least it's a day by the seaside.
