I'm currently having a house built and wanted to hear of your experiences (good or bad) with the tiling shops/designers/fitters that you used. I had a look in the Cotto shop on Nimmanhaemin the other day and was impressed with the range of tiles and design service on offer, but I'm guessing they are on the pricey side. What are the other places I should be looking at before deciding? The tiling will be in the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Thanks in advance. cmsally Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 When you check tiles also need to check whether grade A or B (some shops use other grading systems). steve187 Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 all tiles can be laid straight, get them to use a metal straight edge, laser and string line, i use a lot of cotto tiles in the uk, easy to cut and fix. make sure the tiles are not too slippy when wet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
