PATTAYA:--A Thai man was seriously injured after he lost control of his car which hit a tree and burst into flames early on Thursday morning in the Huay Yai area.

Police, fire rescue units and medics rushed to the scene of the accident in Soi Samnatorn. The badly injured driver of the car, who was found lying on the road next to his burning vehicle, was rushed to the Queen Sirigit Hospital in Sattahip where he currently remains and in a serious condition.
