Dice Gamblers caught during Police raid of East Pattaya house

PATTAYA:--Nongprue Police led by Police Colonel Somnook, received a tip-off that regular gambling events were taking place at a house in the Pong area and on Thursday Afternoon they went, on-mass, to investigate.

A total of 20 officers made their way to the small house and noticed a number of bikes and cars parked outside and a considerable amount of noise coming from inside the house. The house was surrounded by officers to prevent suspected gamblers from escaping.

Inside were 2 men and 8 women who appeared to be playing a dice game where money was exchanging hands which made the game illegal and in contravention of Thailand’s strict gambling laws.
