At The Club, there are always people dancing on the stage in front of the DJ, and the atmosphere is pretty inhibited. Sounds like it fits in with what you're looking for. Plenty for tourists and others having a fun time in that area. Also, a much younger crowd, and no in your face sex scene, like the other places you mentioned.
