January 27, 201313 yr Can anyone recommend the best online stock broker for Thai stocks to use for ease of trading and also for low cost commissions. Also concerned about hidden fees and any other costs associated with the account. thanks
February 1, 201313 yr Mike Cheers for the PM. I just did a site search for my user name + "kgi" as the topic has come up a few times before. The following threads may be of interest. There are probably more but these are the ones that came up I remembered http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/605834-online-trading-with-bualuang-itrading-platform-some-questions-and-observations/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/573578-any-full-time-day-stock-traders-here/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/555720-short-selling-in-thai-stock-market/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/568170-stock-futures-commission-trading-fees-who-is-lower/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/386482-invest-in-thai-dividend-stocks/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/564744-best-way-to-invest-money-in-thailand/page__st__75 Might as well post in the thread in case anyone else asks in future Fletch
February 2, 201313 yr I used 3 brotkers, though my primary is SCBS. I've hard only good things (including low fees) for KIM ENG, but due to the lack of personal experience on KIM ENG, I dont have any opinion on them. I'm so far happy with SCBS, unsure if it's because I know the marketting officer or something. Buying a share of 40,000 will cost you to get charged a 107 baht comission. That's about 0.275% comission. (Including VAT)
