we are sole agents for german company in india and need work permit to sell their goods at thailand

I presume the German company is headquarted in Germany and has a branch office in India.If they also have or are intending to pursue a brach office in Thailand, then getting work permits and Non Imm B visas will be no problem.

Also, please be aware that certain activities are restricted to foreigners. What business are you in and what are you planning to do in Thailand?

I guess you have your own company in India

- not a Branch Office of your German Suppliers.

If you need a Work Permit in Thailand I imagine

you need to first set up a Company here, which

again I would guess you would want to be your

own company.
