Contractors - Management Companies (Europe/thailand)

Featured Replies

I know that there are a few contractors on here so a bit of information is required.

If I were to get a contract job outside of Thailand, could I set up a company in Thailand with my wife to invoice the agency, then splitting the salary, bring some into Thailand to pay taxes on, and the rest put offshore. I know that in Europe they want you to pay taxes, but could using a Thai company get around this, and also I do not want to pay taxes in Europe for something I will probably never use, and also pay management fees.

Any information would be appreciated. I will post further questions if they arise.

You do not need a Company to issue an invoice, you can use your own name and address and have the invoice paid wherever you want.

However if you need a Company as your Client insist upon one..two options form a Company offshore say Jersey in the CI, or use a third party Company to issue invoices

Years ago I used a third party and paid them GBP 200pm to process the funds and issue the invoice.

Also have issued invoice myself

Its better on the to have the funds paid offshore CI / Singapore etc
