I am going to the gym in 10 mins, other than that I am proud to say I am fairly inactive.

I joined in either 2003 or 2004. At this time each member had a number (mine was 1,700-ish, I think) which appeared next to their name when they posted something. It seems that, 5 or 6 years later, this 'numbering' of members became inappropriate for some reason and the numbers disappeared.

You can still see the member number if you hover your mouse over the member's avatar - the member number is in the url link that shows on your browser.

You are #4665. I am #174!

Like a low membership number gives high status to card-carrying Party members :-)

Who's Brother Number 2 around here?

Let's try an educated guess:

According to SimilarWeb, TV has 1.6 million visits per month:

http://www.similarweb.com/website/thaivisa.com

38.74% of visits enter the site directly (press on a 'favorites' link or a link from his/her 'Outlook')
9.28% come from their mail (probably website alerts about replies/new posts/etc)

Therefore:

38.7+9.3 = 47% of visits are probably from TV members

Therefore:

1.6 million X 47% = 750K visits by members per month

How many time does a member visits the site in one month?

Some months I visit 60 times, other months only 5 times, depends...

Let's say 15 times on average.

Therefore:

750K visits / 15 visits per month = 50K members visit the site monthly

Those who actually POST are much fewer IMO, maybe 2-3K per month?

hard to guess unless you go over all the posts.
