oldsailor35 Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 (edited) 1) Chaing Mai..........The smoke capital of Thailand. 2) Phuket.................The Taxi, Tuk Tuk and Jet Ski rip off capital of Thailand. 3) Pattaya................The Sex , Condo Jumping, Suicide and Russian mafia capital of Thailand. 4) Koh Samui...........The Power Cut capital of Thailand. Since the 4 day power cut at christmas there as been 9 power cuts that i know of (been away a few times) some up to 8 hours.
