There are plenty of new topics in the Evaluate my forum photo that are not three years old. But if you really want to discuss that particular photo you can always just start a new one about it. and repost the image. Vigenettes) perhaps one of these was the reason, it looks like it could be suspected of hdr or PP. Unfortunately your posted image is far to small to make any real assumptions on the images actual quality, Edit: Despite the fact that the rules clearly state NO HDR, you have submitted the photo to no less than 4 HDR challenges on the same site.
