I just came back from oversea today 14 feb,and my 90 days report date is 18 feb,do i need to report on 18 feb or 90 days after 14 feb?thanks

the new 90 days is taken from the date of re entry to Thailand.

Date of entry is day one.

As said you report in May with date of entry being day one of the 90 day count.
