February 17, 201313 yr Do Cambodians traveling to Thailand need proof of onward travel in order to enter without a visa. I know they can stay for up to 14 days without a visa but do they need proof they are leaving before the 14 days allowance?
February 17, 201313 yr By air - if they depart from Phnom Penh or Siem Reap airports bound for Thailand (usually Bangkok) then they may be required to provide proof of departure by air from Thailand within 14 days. If however, they are travelling overland via say Poipet to Aranyaprathet it is unlikely any proof of exit from Thailand would be required. In this case, proof of sufficient funds would be a good idea but is unlikely to be requested either.
February 17, 201313 yr Author Thank you. They are actually flying into Bangkok from outside of Asia on an international flight. So am not sure if they needed proof of onward travel to Cambodia.
