“Silent” man steals Charity Box from South Pattaya Family Mart

PATTAYA:--A man thought to be in his early twenties was accused of stealing a charity box containing approximately 2,000 Baht, from a Family Mart Convenience Store in South Pattaya, early on Monday newsjsMorning.

Police were called to Pratamnuk Soi 4 after members of the public had detained the suspect who refused to speak. His nationality or name could not be determined and he appeared not to understand sign language.

A shop assistant indicated the man was seen to sleep at the front of the shop on numerous occasions and had purchased whisky at least twice before from the shop.
