The hotel, which is very near the airport and a minute walk from the beach consists of 12 villa style rooms, with a swimming pool, massage area, and 1 rai of land should the new owner wish to expand. The hotel is not under the flight path so despite the proximity to the airport, there is no noise from the planes. The hotel is fully booked during the high season, sometimes selling a room twice in one day as transit passengers come and go. The hotel has occupancy of 93% on yearly basis. During low season the hotel still remains between 80 - 90% occupancy due to its proximity to the airport. Annual sales are around 6 million Baht with a profit of around 3.5 million Baht for year 2011. Booking is linked to all online agents and is easy to use. The hotel has had extensive upgrades in the past six months with new office, computer area for guests, improved laundry area for maids, upgrades to the garden, pool, breakfast area and rooms with new bathrooms, flatscreen tv's and safety deposit boxes. All future bookings are also being sold with the limited etc. A Limited company is included in the sale with the long lease 15 years fixed (untill August 2027) all future bookings are also being sold with the hotel, so the new owner will be making money from the first day of the take over.
