We have a really good range of businesses that operate out of here that really compliment the marina. What we don’t have in this area is a dive shop. From Ambassador Hotel, past Dor Shada Hotel, Ravindra Hotel, the new Movenpick, Botany, our hotel and condos and then further up there is nothing. I look at everyone on the beach and think this is possibly a good opportunity. Here at Ocean Marina we have meeting rooms, 2 pools, 1 of which would be perfect for doing the introductory stuff and then of course we have the biggest marina in South East Asia.
