Green Bus Minivan Schedule From Cm To Lampang

The Green Bus online site shows they run minivans from CM to Lampang but no schedule is shown. Does anyone know if there are fixed departure times or do they just leave when full ? Thanks.

I live in Lampang and never seen any Green Bus Companies mini buses here on the big old monkey buses that seem to run fairly regulary but that's not to say they don't run, just never seen any.

Judging by what I've seen on the highways you could not pay me enough to ride in a mini-van. The regular busses are more than adequate and reasonable in price.

Lampang? Take the train. Oh wait, there are sink holes under the tracks. Forget that, take a taxi or rent a car.

just came back from Udon Thani to CM on Chackrapong.

Got treated to a 4 hour delay because a tard hauling sticks with 3 trailers flipped the last one over on the pass east of Lampang.

The police finally showed up 3 hours later at 7 am and directed traffic past the wreck.

I did see a Green bus that had of lot of listed stops with Udon Thani and Chiang Mai as the end points. Can't be very fast with all those stops.

The bus was named Green Bus and the staff had green outfits. Not sure if its the same "Green Bus" as the ones that go to Mae Sai. Maybe not the same people.

edit: was not a minibus but full size one level bus that looked pretty nice with A/C

Well from Lampang there is only the monkey bus that goes to Chiang Rai then a monkey monkey bus onwards to Mai Sai but lot's of through buses from and to Chiang Mai that stop at Lampang but as I said, never seen a Green mini bus Chiang Mai to Lampang fare is about 70 baht last time I used it about 3 months ago.

There most certainly is, they leave every hour starting at 6:00am to5:00pm from Chainger and on the 1/2 hour from Lampang, 70bht. Be warned they cram you in and no room for luggage. The wife just told me I may have the city times reversed.
